My husband got ours on a business trip to NYC. |
You think you're immune? |
Would you mind sharing the name of the company you used? TIA! |
Did you use the heat treatment like the other PP? |
You are past that point. Don't waste time or money on anything else yourself. Call Connors. |
It's becoming the lice of travel.. |
Superior Bed Bug Solutions http://www.superiorbedbugsolutions.com/ They were confined to our upper floor, so we were offered two options. We could do the whole house with a warranty for one price (they would come back and do it again if the bedbugs were not killed), or for a 1/3 of the price they would do just the upper floor with no warranty. We chose the latter and they were gone with one treatment. |
I had crabs once, poured gasoline on the "problem" and was cured. |
This is my biggest fear. I'm so sorry, OP. I hate that you have to deal with this. |
OP here. Thank you so much! |

From when we stayed with you, quit deflecting. |

NP here. I got bedbug bites in a hospital ER once. Thank goodness i didn't bring them home with me, but a friend who's a nurse confirmed that it is a growing problem in hospitals. |
Instead of diatomaceous earth, look into Cimexa. It's more effective than DE, and cheap and non-toxic. We did heat treatment and had to retreat after finding a live bug in a bed interceptor cup a couple days later. We thought the bugs were coming from the house next door, so even after the second round of heat treatment we've taken precautions like keeping the bed interceptors and moving the bed away from the wall. I also puffed Cimexa into the cracks between the floorboards and behind the electrical outlets and it gave me some added peace of mind. I wouldn't rely on it as a solution to an existing bedbug problem, but it's a useful supplement. |
