Agree. You have to make it a priority and you have to stick to it, no matter how much it sucks. After a few months, it becomes as much a part of your day as your coffee. It's hard at first, but if you can power through the first month or two, it'll change your life. |
Same here. Jan 5 of this year was my "I've had it" moment. I truly believe that, until you reach this point, any diet/new eating lifestyle will fail. Since that day, I have stayed the course. I am 10 pounds from my goal weight. My diet is not perfect and I don't want it to be. I exercise at least 3 times a week (right now, it's 5) and I LOVE going to the gym. Would've never thought that possible but I truly enjoy it (especially strength training). Best of luck to you, OP. ps. YouTube transformation stories keep me inspired and motivated.
