IB schools in FCPS don't offer AP classes ( except for Robinson). In addition, freshman at IB schools take World History 2 instead of 1...because the IB class later will cover the World History 1 content. |

Wrong. South Lakes offers AP Government. My sophomore is taking it now. |
PP should have said IB schools in FCPS other than Robinson don't offer more than a few AP courses. FCPS committed to adding some AP courses to South Lakes back in 2008 to try and mollify parents who did not their kids redistricted to an IB school. |
