Help! My Supply is Decreasing Rapidly

Anonymous
I experienced this around that time and a couple of other times during the 13 months I breastfed DD. One thing I noticed at 3 months was that DD was sleeping for much longer periods, so I was going longer without emptying, so body regulates and produces less milk. To stimulate more production, I brought DD into bed with us for a few nights and fed during the night (1 or 2 time). You WILL lose some sleep, but it will help get supply back up. I also tried to get in a few more pumping sessions a day, even if it was less milk - helped to stimulate production. I think this is the same thing as the poster who had friend with husband sucking... I guess whatever works. Supply and demand.
