I wonder if you have discussed your feelings with him directly. How about seeking the help of a marriage counselor? Hope Restored does a wonderful job assisting husbands and wives who’ve gone through the intensives and found them extremely helpful and highly successful.

My bet is that you are a fat slob who has put on 30+ pounds since you were married and can't stand to look in a mirror. Instead of focusing on yourself, you blame your crappy life on DH. You will find lots of support here from fellow cows.
