Sad that this level of insight is so rare that it stands out.

By the way, I don't know how you can get excited over this. All he is doing is admitting that the republicans have a sordid history too.

'If you have nothing to hide.....' it's extremely hypocritical.

Yup. The bar is very low.

Well, sadly (and I say this as a former Dem, new Ind), the Rs didn't think he was worth the time.

And NOW look.

I can see why he lost the primary. He came off as petulant and shallow.

How is an unqualified dumb puppet fit? If you're criteria extends to supporting unqualified people, there's no logical difference, because you sacrificed any logical thinking and principles you had in the first place.

Why are you a former dem?, and so if dirt leaks on both parties that is simply supposed to be brushed under the rug? Who would be most inclined to bury such dirt?, people who are most guilty. Remember the Patriot Act and the whole 'If you have nothing to hide' argument. That's an extremely hypocritical position.

He probably got a head's up about the hack and email dump of one of Obama's staff. Hundreds of Hilary emails in there as well. Wonder if there's anything about Rubio?

That would be exciting. If wikileaks are Clinton, Clinton, Clinton, Clinton allllll the way through next week. And ars are having a heyday. And then bam!! A week of straight bad news for Rs. They couldn't fight it since they have been eager to exploit the revelations. No more ground to stand on.

I'm not even saying this from a partisan perspective. (I'm independent leaning R). I'm just saying it would be exciting politics!!

Wouldn't that have been Putin's ultimate plan if Trump had gotten elected and failed to accede to Putin's control on Russia's interference in Serbia, etc. -- just leak some Trump documents the same way he had leaked Hillary's, making Trump look like a total fool?
