Sorry, unrepentant liberal suburban woman here who doesn't listen to rap, nor so I listen to other misogynist songs by singers like Robin Thicke, I don't have cable tv and don't watch any of those shows you mention except for occasional youtube videos of John Oliver where I have never once heard him bandy about the word pussy, and I don't follow any celebrities on instagram including Kardashians.
