I have to pause and think about it but I haven't forgotten yet.
I'm 47. I think. |
I always UNDERestimate my age.
I don't feel half as mature, poised and wise as I expect someone my age should be! Plus I still apparently look really young, as countless people tell me when they learn I have a middle schooler. |
I'm also 47 but in a few months, 48 so mentally I think I've gone to 48 so its less of a horrific shock when it happens. |
I never know my age.
I was 22 for awhile then 25, 28, 30, 32, 36, 40 ... I am 48 now but I have been saying 48 since I turned 46. I'm dyslexic, btw. I stick to numbers I like, generally even ones. Or ones that end in 0 or 5. |
ha! i have to calculate every time too. it's bad when i can't remember the current year ![]() |
Yes. After 40. I think it is partial denial. |
Fortunately, for the sake of remembering, whatever the year ends in, my age ends in the same number for most of the year. So for most of 2016, I was xxty-6. (But I just turned xxty-7, so my system doesn't quite work in the fall.) |
I know exactly how old I am.
I have turned 29 for each of my past 16 birthdays ![]() |
I haven't (yet!!), but have seen other people draw a blank when I asked them.
Usually older folks. |
Constantly. I have to think of the current date, then calculate. I'm 30. 2. And a half. |
Yes. I keep forgetting I turned 37 this year. |
Yes! I keep thinking I am 38. I am 37. This is the first year this has happened - I kept good track up til now ![]() |
Yes. I am 47. I think. |
Yes. It happens. I don't know how it happens, but it happens. I'm 37 or 38. |
Ha ha and that makes you 3 years older than I am....now wait till I calculate how old I am... ![]() |
