No, they weren't. Nearly all of the protestors arrested were from Charlotte or surrounding counties.

Not true. Stop lying like your hero HRC. It's not becoming.

Yes, true.

This article explains the difference between Tulsa and Charlotte and it has nothing to do with swing states:

Don't expect honesty from the FOP.

I completely believe this theory is plausible, but I don't understand the Dem's thinking (as usual.) What do they possibly hope to gain by stirring up trouble like this, when Trump is running on a platform of "I will make you safer?" It seems to me that all this will do is anger the Republicans and Independents even more, and push them closer to Trump.

More plausible theory is that the Tulsa police chief reacted quite differently than the Charlotte police chief. He admitted it was disturbing and looking into it.

PP here-the link I posted above says the same thing, in addition to other pertinent Tulsa riot history. It's much easier, though, to float some ridiculous "theory" that has no basis in reality.

And the police videos were released, and the officer has been charged! People can't see the difference here?

No some people can't see the difference because they don't want to. It is easier to believe, easier to sleep at night believing that the Faces of Death - USA Police Version - is 100% justified. And it makes some white people feel that since they are not African American, they don't have to worry about this.

Maryland riots made WORLD headlines. Ever see "Baltimore" noun cases in Estonian? As err.ee's TOP story? The DPRM is a swing state in a Trump threatens to break 500 EV's situation.

Charlotte could barely make the top news on CNN.

Tulsa had a police chief that condemned the shooting and murder 3 charges were put on the officer. Hard to generate rioting anger when the shooting officer has legal charges pending.

Charlotte's chief couldn't even release the tapes until DAYS after the incident.

And yeah there are the Black Bloc (*not* a reference to race) types that seem to show up any time there's a public disturbance. The 70% out of state I can believe as possible although links here are conflicting.

Oh my God some of you are just pure D stupid, just deliberately defiantly stupid.

Tulsa was much more clear-cut. The cop was wrong, and she is facing justice. The Charlotte case is significantly more murky, and it's not clear whether or not the cops did wrong, given the evidence. And in this case, one is innocent until proven guilty.
