The most important question, which a riot can't slow down and figure out, is was it a book or a gun?
An investigation can figure it out. A protest can encourage an investigation. A riot is unlawful and unnecessary, and won't get them to the place they want to go.

The mayor is on CNN right now, she doesn't seem to get it. There are not enough police. This is the second night. Did they not anticipate after last night more riots tonight? I work in public projects in Baltimore. There are less rioters in Charlotte, but the crowds are rowdy and not being managed. This doesn't look good to me.
