Where to go in February that is warm and zika-free?

Op requested a Zika free location and you just recommended the absolute worst place to travel for Zika. Really. It's a huge huge problem in PR.

San Diego in particular is great for kids.

Agree San Diego is great for kids. Especially younger. Stayed at omni la Costa resort. Easy drive to beach, Lego land, down town. Kid friendly museums in town. Good pools. Kids loved it.
