I thought Bindle and Keep brought their services to DC, I remember seeing that a few months ago, but maybe it was just for a pop-up? So this might not be very helpful, but you could inquire with them if this is of interest to you.

Brooks Brothers, which used to be a standby on classic suits, has also moved out of this realm. Here are all of their womens suits.
