Will Hillary do the honorable thing and withdraw?

Yes, and Trump defers to his handlers behind the scene who write for the teleprompters.

So another country engages in an illegal activity against the US to influence our election (hacking). They release select , illegally obtained, documents to create a negative impression about one candidate. You think the candidate under attack should capitulate and not run. Make me just want to vote for her.

Speculation. DNC got caught with hand in the cookie jar. Just maybe, someone on the inside leaked--maybe a Bernie supporter?

Still illegal and a crime. Released to influence an election, obviously. I refuse to be played by a crimminal.

Are you 5 years old or just part of the paid Clinton rapid response team?

Oh, November will not be kind to you....

My primary aim is that a liberal is elected to the presidency.

I don't wish any harm on Hillary but she is too damaged and makes it likely that Trump can win.

If she was too damaged, Bernie Sanders would have beaten her.

This is so juvenile and transparent. Hillary and Trump are in the same relative positions as just prior to the conventions and she is overwhelmingly favored to win against an historically unpopular and grotesquely flawed candidate. Republicans are continuing to line up and support her and Gary Johnson has more newspaper endorsements than Trump. His numbers have plateaued. He is the equivalent of electoral road kill.

The reality is that Trump would likely lose to any other credible Democrat because he is so flawed. The fact that he is doing as well as he is in the polls is not a testament to his strengths but her weaknesses.

I think the odds still favor her in terms of the electoral college but at this point I think Trump has an outside chance of winning and depending on what surfaces over the next six weeks he could improve his odds further.

What is more important to Hillary supporters - for her to remain in the race and possibly lose or to have someone who is almost certain to beat Trump?

I completely agree with the bolded. I don't think she will withdraw though - unless something catastrophic happens

Also to this comment - its actually not up to Hillary's supporters. Decisions will be made by Hillary herself of the DNC. So what a Hillary support wants or does not want, does not actually matter....

Hillary supporters would feel betrayed if she dropped out. They voted for her, supported her, and want her to be their candidate. Only people who are undecided would think about her dropping out because they don't want to vote for her but, they don't want Trump to be President of the United States. The DNC would loose voters if they tried to change the candidate now.

She can use her health as a face saving reason to withdraw.

Exactly. She has little choice at this point.

Yeah. Nate Silver said Trump is doing better than he's ever done. Too bad his very best is still only a 34 percent chance.
