Okay, I'm trying to reproduce now. I actually have been all day with no luck. But, I'll keep trying.

Has anyone received a redirect or popup while connected via wifi? I think these may only be affecting people using mobile data.

I just stopped sending mobile traffic to one ad network. I'll have to trial and error this. If you get a redirect, please let me know.
I am finding it impossible to debug this. I need to run a browser behind a proxy so that I can capture all the traffic. But, I am fairly certain that the redirects only affect mobile data traffic which means I have to do this all over a mobile data network. I can do that by using my phone as a personal hotspot and connecting to it via my laptop. But, I am getting poor connectivity now and pages are timing out before loading. So, that's not working. Therefore, I've reverted to trial and error. If users still get redirects, I'll turn off another ad network.

I'm going to turn back on another ad network for mobile traffic. Please let me know if you see any issue with mobile devices.

Do you have logs for which ads run?
I've just turned off the network I started earlier. It may take 20 minutes or so to take effect.
The problem with debugging ads, or at least one of the problems, is that I only serve code that points your browser to an ad server. None of the traffic between you and the ad server goes through anything of my servers. I don't have logs from the ad server to tell who received which ads (that is tightly guarded information that is very valuable to the ad networks). I don't even have a good way to know which ads were served, let alone to whom.
I normally can debug buy running my iPhone behind a proxy server that captures traffic. But the people doing the redirects have gotten smarter and only redirect IP addresses from mobile networks. I haven't found a way to log traffic when I am using mobile data.

Okay, thanks. I had turned on the network that seems to have this problem in hope that they cleared it up. But, apparently they haven't. I turned them off again.
