Does your school require everyone to fill out a FARMS application?

I think this is true, although not enforced. Our child just completed PK4 last year at a JKLM, and all year we got robocalls from DCPS "reminding" us to submit the form, which we never did. (I'm not sure we ever received one.)

Just write N/A, and sign it.

They have to give it to you. That proves you received it and can give it back.

Our school has every family fill out an online application. It's confidential, so the school doesn't get the detailed information.

They ask everyone to do it because they qualify for certain grants based on how many families fill out the application, regardless of how many actually qualify for FARMS.
