Looks like a teenaged girl or young woman to me. The way she moves, licks her arm, is wearing what looks like a t shirt with a picture on it...

The second the dog stops and gets into the "stance" she looks away and pretends to be looking at something and then does a clumsy slow fake-distracted walk while the dog finishes and then keeps walking. It's like she knew someone might see her.

Just watched it on full screen. It's a teen aged boy wearing headphones, and the black thing he's holding at the end is his cell phone.

No, it's not edited. It just goes green for a second. Right before it goes green she pulls her phone out of her right pocket and when it comes back she's looking at her phone while holding the coffee and the leash.
