Kids and Swimming Lessons and Winter

You can go swimming at an indoor pool in the winter without paying for organized lessons.

Since you don't catch a cold from being cold, what is your point?

We started swim lessons in Jan when DD was 3.5 she is now just turned 4 and can swim the width of the pool with her face in, in deep water. I plan on continuing swim lessons until I am confident she is a strong swimmer. Financially we can afford 2 activities so she does swimming which is my choice but she loves it thankfully, and dance which is her choice.

Yes, just take him swimming once or twice a month to keep him comfortable in the water.
