Super-clingy Cat!!

Awww....He sounds like a sweetie. It will get better -- he's just super focused on you as your are his fave.

I like the other suggestions of giving him some extra attention right now, play with him, etc. He will settle down.

I have a blind cat who has gotten super clingy since she started going blind. She's also a very vocal kitty.

Our a/c died over the weekend and we have had to run some fans to avoid melting. Super clingy cat would not come for cuddles and would just sit across the room and wail for hours. I found myself missing her constant clingy self. I soon figured out that if you're a blind kitty, fans are scary! They make noise! They blow on you if you occupy the human's lap! They are mysterious!

It took a few days, but we are back to super-clingy and no longer traumatized by the fans. I'll never complain about velcro kitty again.
