People compare Vienna to Mclean as if the schools are similar, but
Mclean schools are just better run than Vienna schools.
I hope you are basing this conclusion on something other than summer assignments in MS! That doesn't really seem like a solid basis for measuring the teaching or administration of the Vienna schools. From what I have observed, Thoreau is a very positive place.
This is just one of many things but symbolic of the fact that teachers in Vienna aren't strong and don't follow through. And
the teachers at Madison seem to disagree with you. Thoreau kids generally come in much less prepared than kids from Jackson.
