Basement floor drain overflowed

I have Kramer and Sons here now snaking my cast iron drain for $344.59. It's 50 years old and has never been cleaned out, pretty simple job.

BTW-the plumber eliminated it being a sewer issue by having me turn on the faucets and flush the toilets.
