I like her a lot. He bases a lot if the movies in her stage in life and let's her have input on script, etc. Their own kids play her daughters in 'Knocked up'. Paul Rudd is based on him. "This is 40' is also based on their life--comedic version.

I thought "This is 40" was so mean-spirited. Not comedic at all. The idea that it is based on their life in any way makes me cringe.
