Can Diflucan cause blurred vision?

Yes, of course. My baby was there with me. They evaluated. Didn't think I needed any bloodwork. Asked to follow up with doctors on Tuesday.

I posted here a couple of years ago w/weird eye symptoms. My symptoms were severe enough that the ER took me pretty seriously (kept me 2 days for endless MRIs) but it took a a while to find a specialist who could actually figure out what was going on (cranial nerve palsy.) If you continue to have issues, get on the phone w/Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins. They are awesome; hard to get into but if you sound hysterical enough (as I did) it seems to help. Good luck!

Thank you. The doctor checked my eyes only.

Any other symptoms?

Breastfeeding can cause vision changes although I would think it'd be in both eyes, not one.

Postpartum pre-eclampsia possibly but you're a little far into the postpartum period for that I would think. And you haven't mentioned any other symptoms and said pressure was fine.

Dizzy, my leg is hurting a lot, had some shortness of breath last night. I am not getting sleep so maybe this is all due sleep deprivation. Going to ask for blood work anyway

7 weeks PP, this is concerning. Have you called your OB?

Go back to the ER and report these symptoms. It sounds like you could have a blood clot in your leg, or may have thrown a blood clot to your lung.

+1!! Please get yourself to an ER, OP. Shortness of breath with leg pain and dizziness may = a life-threatening blood clot that has traveled to your lung.

They said it's not a blood clot. The doctor said my leg would be swollen or red. I don't know. What other tests can they do?

They can do an ultrasound of the leg to rule out DVT

They did that a week ago when I went in with leg pain. But I
not feeling any better... Will try to see my GP tommotow but he is so booked all the time. Can my OBGYN order the necessary tests?

Dizzy, eye pain and blurriness in one eye.... maybe an MRI of the brain? Ask your doctor what he/she thinks.

If they checked for blood clots already, that's probably not it. My neighbor just had one and it was definitely swollen, red, and sore to the point he couldn't sleep.

Of course... the leg pain could be unrelated and all your other symptoms could point to something more simple like allergies. My DH and I get shortness of breath that is allergy related. It could also be stress/anxiety.

Yes, OB can order the tests. I'd call the after hours line and see if they want you to go to ER now or wait till morning to do something. These symptoms sound serious. Hope all turns out well!

I'm guessing they checked your blood pressure but this same thing happened to me postpartum. My vision went down suddenly. I was constantly having to blink to make things clear and I was seeing spots. Turns out I had developed super high blood pressure. Either way keep pressing your doctor. So many strange things can happen after giving birth.

OP here. Went to the ER again today. This time they did blood work, an X-ray and EKG. All looks normal. I am having pain in my breasts and chest now. Vision is fine. They prescribed ibuprofen and told me to follow up with my GP. I don't understand what's happening to me.

You should 100 percent follow up with your doctor, but do not panic. Lack of sleep and your body recovering from birth creates lots of aches and pains. I remember totally freaking out because of weird pains in my leg. I do not mean to downplay ypur symptoms. Demand to see ypur Doctor and be taken seriously. But do not panic.
