Expectations for housecleaning

I'm the Burke poster. I'm not sure how far my cleaner reaches (but I know it's also outside of Burke for others that are interested). She's wonderful. We tried three others before we found her. We didn't like the large company cleaners because there was too much variance in how our house was cleaned...and usually varied toward a bad job! She and "her girls" (as she calls them) are very sweet and responsive.
