If you are looking for a series to watch, I cannot recommend Wolfblood highly enough for this age group. Fabulous.


Some of them have strong language for 11, depending on the kid. And dark aspects. Know the kid before letting them see the Truman Show, Groundhog Day....Heck, even october sky has cursing.

By Middle School, these will be fine.

Some of these touch on topics of sex, drugs, etc, but I see that as teaching opportunities, conversation topics. Just watch them together. And our 11 yr old knows that just because she hears or reads bad language, she doesn't get to use bad language.
