New one i have added into our rotation is avacado and egg on toast. So you smush the avacado and layer in on the toast, fry an egg, or scramble and do it like an omelette, then layer that on top. I then cut my daughters into bite size pieces so she can eat with a fork.
I eat the same thing so nothing goes to waste.
Super healthy and vegetarian.

Ramen noodles have a lot of sodium. I'm not usually judgy about things, but I would suggest keeping this to a once in awhile lunch and not a couple of times a week.

I avoided Ramen for years because I heard they were terrible for you. Then my dogsitter came to stay at the house for a week while we were away and I asked what he wanted to eat, he said Ramen. I bought a multipack for him, some where left, I had a packet...omg they were soooo good.

So now I add some cut up celery and carrots, leftover rotiss chicken and its a good dinner. Only do it about once every 2 weeks though.
