I've lived downtown/Logan/Dupont/Shaw for all both my kids lives and the places that were stroller friendly were very, very few. Like hole in the wall places.

That said, I hate brunch.

columbia heights has a lot of options that are doable with a stroller, both right by the metro and on 11th.
