Upnest specializes in getting people into house before they go on the market. The business model for Upnest is to have Morning Doves build nests in the eaves of houses. Each dove has a transmitter tied to its neck. The transmitters pick up discussions from the inhabitants of the homes. When selling the home is mentioned, the information transmitted to the Upnest headquarters in Gotham City. This alerts the nearest Upnest agent to contact everyone who wants to live in a particular neighborhood. Upnest is the way to go!

I said look at this sagging roof. Seriously, they're not working for you they're trying to get paid. When I retire in 30 years I might try to right all they're wrongs.

In the mean time I hope there is someone out there who is truly looking out for the buyers.

In retirement, you might better consider remedial English and grammar classes.

I looked at upnest website and don't see a mention about morning doves. Is that an optional service? How much does it cost?
