SART Data -SG vs Columbia

what are your reasons for suspecting immune issues? a lot of REs (including some of the best in the country) are skeptical of immune issues. I did three cycles with SG (three different protocols - not sure why your RE hasn't changed yours, did you have a good response?). I then went to Cornell and had success with Dr Davis.

OP here-
SInce TTC #2, we have done 4 cycles (2 fresh and 2 FET). Got pregnant twice and lost both. I can get pregnant I just can't seem to stay pregnant.

I don't know if that is immune or just crap embryos. We haven't done PGD because we don't get quality blasts to make it worth it to test on day 5/6. I am not sure if there is a better protocol for egg quality. My RE is a big fan of the lupron stop (although after talking to a new RE, it isn't even a true lupron stop since I start with BCP and take lupron the last 3 days of BCP).

I have a decent response to stims getting 10-16 eggs upon retrieval. We have a 90% fertilization rate using PICSI but only end up with 1-2 ok embryos on day 5.
