OP, please clarify your timeline. |

There's a full day Spanish immersion preschool just a couple blocks from the Courthouse metro called Early Steps Bilingual. I have no idea if they have a spot for a 4-year old this fall (assuming that's your timetable), but in Arlington, generally speaking, it's a little easier to find a preschool spot for a 4-year old than a younger child. But the full day programs are in high demand.
When I toured it, they told me the majority of their students end up attending Key Elementary, which is a public school just down the street from the preschool. It is a dual Spanish/English program. |

OP here. Thanks everyone for the suggestions. We have a 4 year old and looking for a full-time place for this summer and the incoming school year. Since we've missed the lottery for preschool, trying to find a neighborhood that's inbound for a school we like for kindergarten for 17/18.
Will be in town in a few weeks to check out neighborhoods in person. I think we'll first decide where we want to live then search for a spot nearby for this year. Luckily we have grandparents who can stay with us for awhile and watch our son while we figure out which daycare/preschool is a good fit for this year. (hopefully they don't have to stay too long!) =) |
