Do most of the top schools provide all learning accommodations?

The general rule at the high school level seems to be willingness to provide lots of accommodations as long as they don't change the curriculum or graduation requirements. At the lower and middle school level, there is greater willingness to provide more accommodations. It's all very individualized, so is best to talk with the school.

This is my experience too, at several schools.

Extended time is available at NCS - many girls take advantage of it by upper school. Tests are given to everyone in class and those with extended time accommodation complete them the following day.

Wait. After they have seen the test?

Yes - not sure why they don't give 1/2 the test during 1st sitting and the rest during the 2nd sitting. Extended time for SAT doesn't allow students to see the whole test ahead of completing it.
