I have read several books about IF and my favorite - by far - was the Infertility Survival Handbook by Elizabeth Swire-Falker. While it is a little dated (2004) I found it to be an amazing resource. It is written by a woman who went through years of IF treatment and she explains everything in a knowledgable but very easy to understand way. (I think she worked closely with an RE to write the book so I felt like her information was reliable.) She also has a great sense of humor and I found that I could totally relate to her experiences. She covers everything from what you should expect at your initial visit to financial issues to specifics about various tests and procedures. Best of luck.
