Family room: $1500 for a sectional from Macy's. Bought it 14 years ago, and it has held up really well under hard use by 3 kids. |

Macy's leather sofa, maybe $1000? Bought it 10 yrs ago and just had the leather patched so it's good for quite a while longer.
IKEA sectional $900 HHI is about $250K |

DH & both brought 10-year-old $500 sofas when we moved in together. His was from Jennifer Convertibles, mine from Grand. We just added a $900 IKEA fold-out sectional. |

Two full sofa, Ottoman and a chair. We have had it 15 years and it's good as new. Leather. Hhi was 160 at that time. It's 250k now. |

Restoration hardware leather sofa maybe 10 years old about 3k and the leather is worn.
Baker sofa for about 6,200. Hhi now about 500 (was a lot less when we bough the restoration hardware sofa). All the people who buy used you wonder who is buying new. |
