Yes you can re-rank for anything higher than where you get offered and accept a spot. Not for anything lower though.

But I'm pretty happy with my inbounds matched school and not overly stressed about it. we maybe have a shot at 2 waitlists and I changed my mind about one of those. I'd take my current match over that school; so I ranked it at the bottom, instead of at its previous location.
