How do I start exercising?

I find working out with an ipod/music keeps me motivated and makes the time go by much faster. I just got back into running, and a few good songs keep me going. If I'm feeling like I don't want to go, just adding a few new songs will get me out there (especially good dance music - the cheesier the better - lol - good luck). (oh - and to start - I agree with walking stretching).
