| I do a lot of different types of workouts and I find barre challenging but not doable. Bottom line though...doing it regularly hurts my low back so for awhile I tried to skip the pelvic tilts ("tucking"), but the instructors wouldn't stop "correcting" my neutral pelvis so I stopped going. |
Try a Barre3 class. No annoying tucking requirements there. |
