When compared to places in the DC area, Fairfax County ranks 4th behind Fairfax City, Manassas Park City and Arlington with respect to poor boys and girls.


Did you even read what you posted. This study shows poor girls in Fairfax County doing better than poor girls in Arlington County, and poor children in Fairfax County doing better as a whole than those in Arlington with respect to income mobility. Rich kids, too.
