Well there's a huge difference. Rania is queen. Kate is married to the queen's grandson. She is very much kept under the thumb of Queen Elizabeth.

Well there's a huge difference. Rania is queen. Kate is married to the queen's grandson. She is very much kept under the thumb of Queen Elizabeth.

Did you sleep through history class? None of Jordan's modern queens wore hijab. In fact they all wore stylish although modest Western clothes both at home and abroad.

I know what the past was. Currently though there is a trend towards more conservatism and more hijab across the entire middle east.
