| Yes. Sweeped at 8am when 41 weeks, in labor 24 hrs later. For what it is worth, I did not find it painful, no more so then any vaginal exam type thing. |

First baby. I was in early labor for several days, had membranes swept (was horribly painful), and immediately went into active labor. Had baby 8 hrs later.
