Trump in 2000 when he decided not to run as the Reform Party's candidate for President:

So, after knowing about David Duke since 2000 and reinforcing that he knew him as recently as Friday, Trump has forgotten all about him. Poor man will soon be unable to remember his own name at this rate.

No, NPD and BPD are completely different disorders. I think NPD is more likely than Borderline - I'd be curious to hear the reasoning behind "Trump has borderline".
