Yes. However I mostly drink zero.

OP, 5 yrs ago I wouldn't have ever considered drinking 1-2 classes of wine a night. Over time it's become a habit and I'm working to reduce into two ways: from 2 glasses down to one and taking 2-3 days a week to be alcohol free.

I know it's better for my health to drink less and I'm on my way to doing so. If you feel the same way, I support you 100%. I've been shocked that this is even something I'm thinking about but glad I'm aware and proud of myself for taking the right steps.
