Well, that's how Kane painted her.

Then he went on air and trashed her, and called her a toaster oven. It's pretty obvious he has mental health issues beyond the OCD.

And somewhere in an old blog post of Natasha's, she mentions how hard it is living with him sometimes with it. But at that time it didn't seem like she was gonna leave, just that it was difficult for her and her blog was somewhere she could vent that. I can't find the link, though.
