lol It's mostly a misused term by men to deflect away from the real problem.
Often because the woman won't submit, obey, or fulfill their needs. The same goes for women who misappropriate that term.
Much easier to come up with some affliction. That way they can continue to deny their serious flaws in relating to the opposite sex.
