Twins 20 mons...each had
Breakfast: a toast with an egg
Snack: a clementire
Lunch: half a.cup of shredded beef and brown rice, handful of soy beans
Snack: clementine
Dinner: half a cup of whitw rice and beans, salmon.

16 months -good eater, won't touch fruit. This is a good day, we were outside playing in snow with big sis for about 3 hrs.

Breakfast- oatmeal with raisins
Snack- yogurt, 2 bites of my pb toast
Lunch-cheese sticks, some veggie and bean soup
Snack-raisins, pouch, cheddar bunnies
Dinner-edamame, quinoa, chickpeas, cottage cheese

Throughout day - about 20 oz milk

Few bites of oatmeal at breakfast. Some milk.
Snacked on bread, pear, banana at various points in the day.
Lunch shared some beans & barley & pineapple mixture (soooo good with some cilantro & a lime dressing).
Some pumpkin cake I made.
And alfredo for dinner.

17-month old:

breakfast: sausage, blueberries, pear and clementine
lunch: baked chicken, mac n cheese, fruit
dinner: whole wheat pita pizza (with sauce and cheese). he did not eat much of it, but ate a banana, clementine, strawberries.

snacks: pretzels and cheese sticks. 8 ounces of milk.

What I offered: mango, blueberries, chicken sausage, buttered carrots and butternut squash, corn crepes, omelet, water, milk.
What she ate: blueberries and milk.

My daughter is 2y4m

She was ravenous today. Some days she has a huge appetite out of nowhere.

breakfast - yogurt
Snack - freeze dried mangos, animal crackers
Lunch - 1/2 PB & J, small bowl annies chicken and stars soup, lots of apple slices
Snack - 1 pretzel stick
Dinner - breakfast for dinner w/grandparents @ bob Evans, eggs, sausage, pancakes & ice cream for dessert

Had milk in AM & before bed. Not a typical day because he wasn't hungry at breakfast and doesn't usually eat that much dinner. I was happy he ate a good lunch though

DD is 2.75 and very picky. This is an average day, sadly. She refuses all veggies and eats very little fruit.

Breakfast: 2 YoBaby yogurts

Snack: dried fruit (at preschool, not sure how much she ate), lollipop

Lunch: Annie's Mac and cheese

Snack: banana

Dinner: 4 bites of rotisserie chicken, half a yogurt

Oatmeal with chia seeds and banana slices
Hard-boiled egg & about two shot glasses worth of fruit smoothie made at home
Avocado, tomato & cheese sandwich, celery & carrot sticks
Purple grapes, peanuts (we do all the choking hazards at once!)
Baked salmon, sugar snap peas, baked sweet potato

Forgot to say whether good or not. This was good, but sometimes it's better with more veggies or more interesting foods. The beans & barley was the most interesting it got.

Breakfast: grits, eggs and bacon
Snack: two kid oranges and probably more wheat thins
Lunch: pieces of fish sticks and sweet potato fries
Snack: picked over a wingette
Dinner: shrimp, beef, rice and licked the broccoli

Lunch - a quarter of a tuna melt, a couple bites of lentil soup, corn, and pineapple
Snack - cheese stick and a handful of bunny graham crackers
Dinner - pasta with ground beef and hidden veggies

14 month old. Average day. He doesn't like veggies.

Breakfast: oatmeal with Stonyfield fruit yogurt
Morning snack: one whole pear, cheerios
Lunch: a few bites of chicken meatball
Afternoon snack: fresh squeezed orange juice, a few slices banana
Dinner: scrambled egg, homemade bread with peanut butter, couple bites of grilled chicken
