You don't necessarily have to have an Italian name. I met a half Italian boy named Charlie. His last name sounded excellent with the surname!

Good point. Why do you have to have an Italian name because of the father. Your kids are only half Italian.

DH's family is Italian and we ended up using a family names for the kids.

Our boy list was:

Niccolo/Nicolas

Tommaso

Also, my son's BFF (until we had to move) was Tito and he had a little brother named Lorenzo with the imo adorable nickname Lolo.

I have a nephew named Rocco, it's super cute!

I also have a former student named Mateo and always liked that name.
