We have a very generous telework policy, and I never go in on Fridays, but tomorrow actually have to interview someone. I can leave mid-day and should be home hours before the snow starts, but I'm still nervous. Will take a look tomorrow morning and if they shift the start time of the snow, will reconsider. So far the interviewee (who is local) still wants to come in.

Definitely planning to work from home Monday and Tuesday since I'm guessing things will be messy until Wednesday (assuming I have power of course).

We did reschedule, but it's not my call. They were actually leaving it up to the candidates to decide when it seemed reasonable, once it didn't they made the call to cancel. I am one of five interviewing, and probably lowest on the totem pole.

The top person reassessed shortly after I posted given the predictions and we are rescheduling. Have been at home happily working all day. I love my company!
