How quickly?
If you are really committed, you can do it in 2-5 days. -consume only protein shakes and water -Run on the treat mill in hour intervals at 4-5 miles per hour for 6-8 hours each day. -Take laxatives on days 1 and 2. I had to lose 20 lbs for competitive event a few years ago and this was the way to do it. |

This is riduculas and I'd never do something like that How quickly did you gain it back? my Friends's DH did something like that for a MMA fight he need to make weight for. He was so weak when he went into the fight that he got his ass kicked horribly. |

I agree with everyone who has said LOW/NO carb, NO sugar, NO alcohol. Meat and veggies, eggs, some fruit. That's pretty much it. Big salads with protein.
This combined with working out helped me shed 25 lbs in 3 months. |
