1 week in November kids 5 and 7 -- where to go?

Oh, OP-someone posted in the schools forum that week is "jersey week" at disney. New Jersey schools are off and they all go to disney apparently, so crowds are a bit higher than one would expect for a random week. Check the crowd calculators if you're interested.

We went to Disney the second week of November this year and it was very, very crowded. IMO.

And apparently that's "jersey week", when all the schools in Jersey have fall break and it supposedly has a noticeable impact on the crowds. I'd avoid Disney this week OP. I'm also looking for places to go that same week in November.
We've done the disney cruise several times and that was great. Although I assume that will also be a full ship.
