When will you see "the Force Awakens?"

Sunday matinee. Super comfy seat theater. Booked the day they opened sales.

No.

Why?

Friday 8:30 am at the Uptown.

I totally misjudged and missed the window to get tickets to the Imax at Air & Space for this weekend. It was all sold out by the time I bought tickets last week. So we're going to the Arclight in Bethesda instead; upside is that it's closer and the seating is reserved.

Am I insane to be taking a 7yo as well as his tween sibling? He's seen the other movies (6 straight weeks of family movie night showings) but he tends not to jump around having his own personal light saber battles and doesn't focus much on the movie itself.

What does this even mean?

It is SO MUCH easier to use a PC for this site than your phone. Just saying....

I am aware, but I don't like to tote my computer room to room while chasing a little one around.

I was fixing the autocorrect word salad from the previous post.

My husband doesn't like Star Wars, and I was using the phrase from clueless about being a traitor to his generation. He's one of the few people who grew up in the 80s who isn't a fan.

Oh we are taking several 7 and 11 yo boys and I fully expect that they will be as enthralled as we are.

Sadly, not anytime soon due to work and family commitments/travel. And by the time I do have time (ten days from the opening or so), someone will have told me all about it so the real thrill will be gone.

17:25 here: DC will turn 8, which is about 2 years younger than I was when Ep 4 came out. DH and I agree he'll be O.K.
