I may be in the minority, but I would NOT get them the same thing like scarves or whatever, unless it's a photo book of the kids or something like that. It won't feel special.

I would go the sentimental route and do a photo book or framed photo of the kids, and if you do something like the scarves then I'd have the kids choose which scarf is for which grandmother.
