Indian version sounds great! Mostly, turkey tastes like nothing. It's part of the tradition, doesn't matter what you do to it. Happy thanksgiving!

Op here. This sounds amazing. Thanks! Dont know if I can wait til next year to try this though. I might have to try sooner on a chicken or a couple of Cornish hens.

Always wanted to share that the turkey was pretty bland BUT it was tender and juicy so all was not lost.
